Futurepoint, a non-profit initiative by IBS Foundation*, operates with a vision to facilitate social progress by helping youth from underprivileged backgrounds achieve professional skills and behavioral competence.
What do we do?
We create outstanding citizens of tomorrow by equipping, empowering, and enabling youth today to serve with competence, integrity, and courtesy, using superior capability-building programs with the support of digital technologies. The center provides overall development and skilling to underprivileged, academic dropout, and unemployed youth, enabling them to lead productive livelihoods of their choice.
Why do we do what we do?
Economists and leaders predict that the 21st century is India’s century because of its (1) large young population, (2) new opportunities emerging from geopolitical disruptions and changing supply-chain patterns, and (3) India’s digital-ready population. India is expected to become the third-largest economy, growing several folds in the next three decades.
This is a journey that requires millions of future-ready employees, both for India and for the rest of the world – 20% of the world’s talent will be in India by 2047. The future of jobs is changing, and there will be a growing mismatch of talents. India’s growth will also accelerate income inequality, especially as the share of the digital economy grows.
In this race, there will be many who will fall by the side and be left behind, unless equipped and taken care of. In this scenario, Futurepoint aims at transforming the youth by helping them become self-reliant, competent, and responsible citizens who are future-ready.
What are we trying to achieve?
We aspire to help our students redefine their future by setting their paths and taking pride in them. Futurepoint will celebrate success every time a student starts earning a livelihood feeling confident of their future while taking care of their families. Our pride will be in seeing them instill a new culture, a culture of mutual respect and dignity, and become role models inspiring other aspirants.
What does our future look like?
We envision opening centers in each district of Kerala and then spreading across India helping the youth of India to be ready for the future.

Centre of Excellence Programmes
Our programs are designed with a focus on aptitude-based skilling and character molding to help build value-based sustainable livelihoods.
Course structure
Courses are predominantly activity-based, making learning easy and effective. Soft-skilling is given equal if not more, focus as hard-skilling.
Hard-skilling covers trades that are relevant to making the aspirants industry ready while soft-skilling covers character building, business skills, work etiquette, personal traits and language skills making the aspirants become outstanding individuals.

Creating accomplished lady drivers in Kerala who would take leadership and be the torchbearers of change in society, who would evolve as positive role models inspiring female youth to pursue unconventional career paths, and who would create a unique personal brand in the cab industry of Kerala capable of delivering the promise they offer in a diligent fashion.
